Cancellations can only be accepted in written form (also by email).
The following cancellation costs will be charged if the apartment will not or only partially be rerented:
– up to 60 days before arrival: 20% of the contract price
– up to 40 days before arrival: 40% of the contract price
– up to 28 days before arrival: 60% of the contract price
– up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the contract price
– up to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the contract price
– in case of no-show: 100% of the contract price
